Black & Decker InfraWave Oven: Are the 2 bottom elements broken?

I've bought a Black & Decker InfraWave Speed Oven and the 2 bottom elements are uncommonly not as bright as the top light. Is this normal? Nothing in the manual says they should, but I curiosity.
Sometimes the bottom elements get spotted from drips and such.
This will eventually burn off, but until then, it won't be as bright, or as hot.
Is it an older epitome?
The elements will burn out in time.
I would purchase an oven thermometer to hint sure your temperature is accurate.
Otherwise, your food won't cook evenly or downright.
