Methodology

Two hundred-milliliter of methanol will be solemn and poured into half liter HDPE container via funnel. Lye will be added to the HDPE container via a second funnel. The two, 2-liter PET bottles will be washed in transmission with half- a liter of tap water added for each of the three or four washes required. A matter-of-fact, 2-mm hole will be pierced in the bottom corner of each of the 2 bottles and the perforation will be securely covered with duct tape. The biodiesel will be poured into one of the washed bottles. Half-liter of newfangled water will be added to the biodiesel.

If the researchers have a small enough stain stirrer, the threaded lids will be cut off from the washed bottles to equip the stirrer. The mixture will be stirred until oil and water are well mixed and put in an appearance homogenous. It will be settled for 3 to 4 hours or more.
