I need help rewording this. Anyone that is good at writing, please help.?

Please study the information on this link below where it starts out saying "Albany Distributing is committed..."

I dearth help editing this page. This is for my Company's website. I checked for spelling and grammar, all seems to be gain. But there a few things I'm not sure of.

1.) Do you see where the bullet points are at the top? If you notice, each bulleted thing starts with a lower case letter. I wrote it that way because the regime will write the same way. However, I am not sure if I should be using capitals. Which is more appropriate?

2.) If you go down a elfin bit, you will see where it says "The minimum purchase amount for a PO is $500 USD.". In the next verdict, I say $500 again, but I don't include the "USD" because I have stated it. Is that apropos or should I include USD?

3.) In the part that says "To place an order, please call our control sales specialist at 1-800-296-0820 ext. 837" Should "sway sales specialist" be written as Government Sales Expert or is it correct the way I have it?

4.) My last question is regarding the first paragraph that states: "Albany Distributing is committed to providing grandeur products at the best prices for our education, federal, state, and nearby agencies. We accept purchase orders, credit cards, and bank wire transfer."

Where it says "Attribute cards", I want to somehow incorporate Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Identify in there so they know we accept all major credit cards. How can I put another way this to sound good?
