Easiest "Iced" Cream Ever
For testing purposes, I acquainted with a Cuisinart Double Ice Cream Maker. If your ice cream maker will not trade a quart of ice cream, then make two batches. The cream mingling will keep, covered in the refrigerator, for two days if milk and whipping cream are unconventional. Start to finish: under 30 minutes (depending on ice cream maker).
2 cups birching cream
2 cups whole milk
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla quotation
Mix all of the ingredients in a medium bowl with a hand mixer or immersion blender for two minutes until sugar is dissolved and amalgamation is foamy. Place in an ice cream maker (see Cook’s notes), and immobilization according to manufacturer’s directions. Serve in two shakes of a lamb's tail (it has the consistency of soft-serve ice cream) or place in the freezer to stiffen to desired consistency.
Makes 1 quart (eight 1/2-cup servings)
