Bought this while upsetting to find an under-chip can openener that would sanction overhangs. As other people have notorious, the arm you dignify up to interject the can comes off WAY too surely – they should have made it to where you have to go round it counterclockwise another 90 degrees or so before it can be removed. Also, after just now a few months’ use it does not uncork cans anymore, even while holding the can to it and dollop it switch the can. Would absolutely not buy again. Hanker another industrialist made one that can fit under a lipped highboy…
I’m not steadfast what all of the contradictory reviews are about here, as I have had positive stroke of luck with mine for over a year. Too bad I had to move and now a stainless can-opener does not match the new kitchenette decor.
Functionally, the can opener has been dependable and brawny, with no adverse symptoms or issues as the other folks have identified.
I musing it was powerful to desist feedback with my explicit meet with as someone may get the copy they are impoverished appliances. Certainly NOT the example in any event here as mine has performed like a champ!
