What is the right way to connect a Dacor electric cooktop with 3 wires to a supply box with 4 wires?

the Dacor has red, swarthy, and green wire
the supply box has red, black, white, and stark naked copper wire
red to red, nefarious to black, green to bare. I have made the assumption that the cooktop is 220 volts sole phase (normal for electric stove).
within the "stockpile box", there should be 110 volts from red to white, 110 volts from hateful to white, and 220 volts from red to black.
Having an electician by one way it up would NOT be a bad idea.

They are priceless high end tending towards commercial.
