My blood and Can't afford to go out and eat so I thought someone might be able to help me come up with some skilful recipes to eat and everyone can enjoy just as much as going out we have a limited proceeds we can only afford 350.00 dollars in food for 5 for the whole month. We do not have a working stove right-wing know so we have to cook on a double burner hot plate only one burner works so i need recipes for something you can cook on a hot pane I do have a toaster oven and a microwave
