how do you change drip pans on an oven?

how do you swap drip pans on an electric oven do i have to unplugg the oven? also there is a triangle looking aspect that keeps the coil from touching the drip pan, mine is broken what is that piece called? and where can i buy it? when i carbuncle water why does it leave a brown around the outside of the drip pan i can't scrub off? wretched too many questions im young and cant cook.

Where can I buy replacement drip pans that are the color bisque?

We have a Frigidaire oven/distribute that is about 6 years old, but we are having a hard time finding the replacement drip pans that equivalent the color we already have (bisque). Does anyone know a place online or a usual store that sells them? It seems that everything we see is crome. Thanks!
