I have a counter downdraft 30" gas cooktop--can I replace it with a 36 "?

anyone distinguish any good jennair models I can buy 30 or 36 inch..thanks

I have the electronic decamp in range. I can't remember the model # off hand. But I've been very happy with it. It has the slick flat topped burners, which had to be bought separately along with a grill place that came with it. After thinking there was a 87 in the model number. If you have the extent I see no reason why you couldn't change the cook top out.

Where can I find a 6 burner gas cooktop cover?

I have a 6 burner thermador gas cooktop and paucity a cover for it so I can increase my counter space. I checked to see if thermador had one but they dont. I have disgorge hours searching online and cant find anything. My cooktop is rectangular and approximately 37" x 24". Can anyone employees me? I am having a New Year's Eve party and need alot of accessory space! Below is a link to a cooktop that is sort of like mine. I know it says 36" but I added an spare inch to cover the stainless steal around it. Thanks SOOO much

Are you at one's fingertips or do you have someone who could help you build something to cover it? You can always go to Home Depot or Lowes and they will staff you with any project. Just tell them what you have and need and they will do the rest.
