“I attraction entertaining, and I love designing kitchens,” Shollmier says. “That's been my whole existence. I kept hearing about small condo kitchens, slight feel embarrassed lofts and these little apartments of 800 to 900 even feet, and I decided to develop a sink that had cooking, bread preparation and serving in one place.”
The Galley is cool. The system's band is a two-tiered liner made of 16-gauge stainless knife with a special buffed surface. The Galley's accessories — sinks, icy boards, colanders, bowls and drain rack — neglect effortlessly from one end of the sink to the other on the two tiers. The cutting boards devise extra counter space. There are even optional single induction burners that cook without generating warm up excite of a gas cooktop.
“The No. 1 concept behind the Galley is improving the utilization of stretch in a kitchen. Any size kitchen can be accommodated,” Shollmier says. “The smaller the Nautical galley, the more important the Galley is. Our target market is anyone who has a kitchen in America .”
