The Meridian at 3300 S. Oodles Blvd., proved a remarkably good fit for Joseph Lieb and the belated Melvyn Goodman. The New York couple began their Palm Coast migration by renting, then buying, and then buying again, the last time in 2004 and all in the Meridian. When they liked something, it appears, they in effect liked it.
The pair enjoyed their time in the last unit they bought, No 502 — Goodman notably, recalls Lieb. After he retired, Goodman spent much of the year in Palm Lido until his death in 2009. Lieb, an attorney, commuted back and forth for effort to New York City, where he and Goodman had lived in three homes in and around Manhattan.
Since the dated he spends here is limited, Lieb has decided to sell the condo through the Corcoran Squad for $1.695 million. Some of the furnishings may be available in a separate proceeding.
Explaining their final move in the building, Lieb says the attractions of No. 502 were ostensible. “We wanted something with a little more space and nice views. The scads view of this apartment was just beautiful, and there’s also a deem of the Intracoastal. The space was wonderful, too,” he says. “We already knew we liked the Meridian and the people who m here.”
