34 weeks pregnant. Is it possible to request induction. Do you think the dr will say yes?
ok so as of exact now I have not had a braxon hick, she hasn't dropped, and i still have my mucus stuff. I have had a complication free pregnancy and have not missed a single apt. Also i already paid my guaranty deductiable for delivery.
But here is the problem my dad got a new job last week and his insurance will only protect against me until August 31st. and I am due Sept. 2nd. So I have to go apply for a medical card (which i will be proficient to get) but my OB does not accept medicaid so if i go after the 31st i will have to go to a diff dr. and it will make everything confusing. Do you consider if i explained it to him he would let me be induced on like the 20th (to cover the time it takes to have her and the hospitial guy too?). well i know the induction could take up to 48 hrs to work and than on top of that the hospitial shore up could be up to 3 days if i had to have a c section. also at that point i would be 38 weeks along.
for people who remonstrate on posting that i asked this once lets realize that i odviously wanted some more opionions not yours again. that drives me nuts
I unquestioningly doubt it. Unfortunately financial issues are not a consideration for doctors deciding to press. You could ask for an elective c-section (no induction or labour). This may be done around a week before your due date I value.
