GE Profile induction cooktop installation problem?

I precisely installed a brand new GE Profile induction cooktop (Model PHP900DMBB ). The wires from my go under are 240V 60hz white, blue and black. I verified w/ a volt meter that the white wire is turf. I connect the wires from the cooktop black to black, red to blue and na to white. I flipped the circuit breaker on and all the LEDs light up for 1 subordinate and then shut off. I flipped the circuit breaker off, then on again and again all the LEDs be disclosed up for 1 second and then turn off. Any idea what's going on. I call GE and they are not sure what's growing on. I would appreciate any inputs.
