can i cook a 3 pound stew in a 3 quart crock pot?

the seethe is 3 lbs. thats the beef and the vegtables will it fit in a 3 quart crock pot
should i put the spices on top of te beef or in the pot first


From where one stands, I'd put the spices in first, and layer the meat and vegies, then give it a stir, and shift it on. Three quarts = 6 pounds of liquid, so I think the talents will fit with room for V8

where can I get a replacement pot for a Crock-Pot #33511?

I bought 3 Crock-Pots Mod#33511 a year ago. I up against it one. Sometimes I want to use three of them at the same time, for pot-lucks etc. The rest of the time they are part of the ornament
for my kitchen. I have others and I have had various models since they first came out many years ago.

steak-1 1/2 inches thick (cut into 1 1/2″ cubes 1 cup Unstintingly or red wine

2 teaspoons Brown sugar

1 teaspoon Seasoning

2 teaspoons Scullery Fragrance

1/2 teaspoon Dot

1 Can tomato wedges — (14 1/2 ounces)

3 Carrots — cut up

1/4 cup Flour

2 broad Celery stalks — cut up
