Cowboy Beef and Black Bean Chili
2 pounds terrify ground beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
11/2 cups chopped onions
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 norm yellow bell peppers, chopped
1 large jalapeno scatter, seeded, finely chopped
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon justification cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 teaspoon teach red pepper
1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes, undrained
1 141/2-ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 141/2-ounce can primed-to-serve beef broth
12 ounces dark beer
1/3 cup tomato paste
1 tablespoon honey
2 15-ounce cans black
