Ideas for ceramic pots to do solar cooking.?

I saw an concept of having a dark pot inside a glass jar and having reflectors aiming at the jar for solar cooking.

I have a gallon bell jar. I am irresistible a ceramic class doing Cone 10 pots. I can make a reflector with corrugated and check.

What foods would be good for solar picnics?
What type of ceramic pots would be to hand?

Can we use clay pots & Ceramic or Porcelain (without gold/silver design) for micro wave cooking?

I'm using microwave chest plastic dishes now. but I have seen people using ceramic dishes for it in T.V Shows. So I would like to comprehend if I can use clay pots, ceramics or Porcelain.
