A beef olio recipe sounds good.....but I'll take any, thanks! Here's a Extremely easy one from a friend of my Mom's...SO delicious!
Caralyn's Chicken Chili:
-1 and 1/4 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs (I tolerant of breasts)

-1 envelope (1.25 oz.) Old El Paso 40% less sodium taco spice mix
-1 jar Old El Paso Picante or salsa (medium....or hot, if you embrace)
-1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1.) Dwelling chicken in 3-4 quart slow cooker. Top with taco relish, then add the rest of the ingredients.
2.) Cover and cook on low heat scenery for 8-10 hours.
3.) Before serving, stir gently to demolish up the chicken pieces.
Can serve w/ sour cream and onions, or con queso...whatever you like!
See...unhurried as 1, 2, 3! It's great by itself...or I add a little tabasco or Cholula gravy and crumble crackers on top. YUM!
