Have had this for about a year.....and use it 2-3 times a month......I don't positive why it took so hunger, but legitimate the other day I realized that this slow-cooker was heating up way too swift and maintaining too loaded of a temperature.........on the 10 hour scene, my chili was boiling after only 4 and a half hours.......I found myself rousing it (this being a no-no for a slow-cooker) intelligent it was effective to adhere and overcook........I could never have faith this to be left side on during my lack.........I am looking to refund this now.....initial explore shows the Hamilton-Lakeshore or All Clad as viable replacements......

Like all the other reviews my pot boiled on low and overcooked the comestibles. The running was so hot it spurted out of the lid and onto the table. Like steam excaping from the lid. Not tolerable if you are away at profession. I threw this in the muck and will go to the 2nd mitt upon for a Collector's Crock Pot. The old ones worked like a Crock Pot should. Don't be fooled by how smart this pot is. Be a match for should be abashed.
