do you get a brown and crispy skin with electric roasters?
I am cogitative of purchasing one for turkey, because turkey always takes up a lot of room in the oven. I treasure any feedback on electric roasters
Monica, before you buy an electric roaster, weigh the amount of space that it will take up. They are large and space for them can be a problem.
They do cook a turkey and brown and breakable the skin. This is merely a function of the temperature and time of roasting.
Caboose management requires planning, and experience. A lot can be done with only one oven, even though roasting a turkey for 4-5 hours in it. We do the pies the day before, and the stuffing at the same circumstance as the turkey.
