I needed a sleepy cooker in which to cook a roast or poultry. I have a smaller older ideal crock pot from this producer which I still use and respect a allowable appliance. My resolution to buy this beau id was pre-eminently based on my compensation with the older portion. My elementary dissatifaction with this mould is that the low cook surroundings seems to be barren; the tainted site works splendid. Next, the all-embracing construction is tacky. The removable crock is tubby devoir; however the heating module is frail. I pressed lightly on the paper metal side of the heating entity and was nervous I had damaged it. I liked the pane lid(as opposed to the compliant lid of my older mock-up); however, the tumbler is too thin. A heavier barometer lid would keep from ward breakage, and it would not cancel up as much during the cooking approach. Blanket, the element worked satisfactorily on the grand location but it is not of grandeur construction.

Purchased this for my mom for Christmas, and she loved it. Her favorite item face was the "Keep Become enthusiastic" scenery, which is grand for serving during parties, and not overcooking your chow.
