What's the best slow cooker (Crock-pot, etc.) available for a reasonable price?

I'm tiring to find a good Slow Cooker for my mom this Christmas but the reviews on amazon.com aren't very gain. Most have low scores, but some have high scores but they all still have at least one review that says "Cooks nourishment too fast!" Either all the slow cookers they have for sale don't work right or the reviewers are ill-advised and are using them wrong. What is the best cheap (-$100) slow cooker convenient?

You can pick up a slow cooker or a crock pot for under $30.00. They all toil about the same. Just be sure to buy one with a removable crock pot (apart from the obscene) for easy soaking and cleaning. I have never bought one that cooks "too quick"?

metal pot safe to bake with? please read really quick!?

hey i dont have a slow cooker so i cant cook my about in a slow cooker.


but the recipe says i can cook it in the oven, in an oven okay baking dish

i have this pot its made out of aluminum im pretty sure, but if its not that then its another positively low price silver shiney metal. lol.

anyways is it safe to have a pot like that in the oven for 6 hours?
please and recognition you for any tips or info!!
i just wana b safe i didnt crave the pot melting into the food lol.

As wish as it`s like some sort of beef. And if it says to put it on 425 put it on 400. It should be razor-sharp because I have done this before but just make sure that it REALLY says that you may cook it in the oven or else you are DONE FOR IT!!! Just kidding........but you may.

I'm in mate with my crockpot.  Most of you already be acquainted with this from hearing my tales full of malaise of what I've already made and what I'm planning to dumfound together for next nonetheless. I've tried distinct recipes for beef agonize.   Discerning recipes, slow cooker, in good health, not so well... I found the most successfully one by far in my judgement.  I prepped all the veggies the sundown before and cut them up and put in the fridge in a sealed container.   The next morning before occupation I finished prepping the nutriment and added everything to the slow cooker.  It took about 10-15 minutes to get everything into the crockpot.   I smelled of seared essentials all day so next span I'll brown the essence the former sundown as well.
