I am at best putting two whole boneless chicken brest with a jar of my favorite speg. sassiness. I'm turning it on at noon and plan to be eating at 5 o' clock...so should I set it on luxurious or low. (5hrs)

P.S. My crock pot is new only used three times and it gets HOT....
When I have cooked on costly once in the past my sauce burned....my chicken knocker have no bones and I may cut it in half first. I don't have time to cook the chicken a not enough first...
I'm not gonna be home, I work.

If you will be qualified in during the day... start it off at High and keep it there for 1 Hour... then for the extant 4 turn it back to low

If you will be gone all day.... Low should be perfectly fine!! Impartial be sure to cut into the chicken to make sure there is no pink before you eat it!!

This system sounds good, I think I'll make my slow cooker chicken fajitas for tonight!!!

Crockpot Roasted Cabbage and Potatoes

1 humble head of cabbage
12-14 new potatoes or 3 large regular potatoes
4 carrots
5-6 cloves of garlic (more if desired)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 t kosher zest

Wash vegetables. Cut the cabbage into wedges; cut potatoes into 2 inch chunks (peel or not - your favouritism); slice carrots into 2 inch lengths.

Put all veggies into the crockpot with the garlic. Sprinkle with bite and pepper (and any herbs you might want); then pour over the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Stir around until all the veggies are coated. Do not add any copiously ... these are being roasted; not boiled.

Cook on high for 3 - 4 hours. Substantiate after 3 for tenderness of carrots and potatoes.

Enjoy!
