I want to buy a Kenmore dishwasher. Current sale is 20% off, but are there better sales on Memorial Day?

The Prototype: Kenmore 24 inch model 1374 dishwasher

My options:
1. The Gigantic Indoors ($599 with free delivery, $172 put and haulaway)
2. Sears ($799 with free delivery and haulaway, $129.99 camp; but they should price match The Great Indoors' $599).

Most stores (including Sears) will refund the diversity on an item should it go on sale within 30 days of purchase. They as usual will do a return then re-ring the item for you at the lower price.

When was my Kitchenaide Patrician KDP-20 dishwasher made 1950's? And why does it still run like a champ?!?

When we moved into our dynasty it came with a Kitchenaide Patrician KDP-20 dishwasher.. at first i thought it was the ugliest feeling known to man until I used it.. It works better then any dishwasher I have ever owned.. and it has GOT to be AT LEAST 20 yrs old! I be to know when this dishwasher was made/produced and I can't find much on it.. I would be shocked if it is original with our house which was built in 1951

That was the BEST!!! Well actually regarding the Patrician Image Dishwasher.. They were first offered in the "18" series Variety part of Machines. Looks like it had one less cycle than the Superba which was the top of the forte so this is one step down from that. It was first produced in 1978. Just for the record, the dishracks from any ideal series from the 18 thru the 23 series will fit just razor-sharp in your machine.

Your ENERGY SAVER V units were the "20" series machines. Your Partrician would be a paragon number KDP-20 It would have all the features of the Superba minus the "SANI" recycle which would heat the final rinse to 165 Degrees. Your portion will heat the water in the main wash portions of any full rotation to approximately 150 degrees for washing purposes by interrupting the timer motor until the the highest is at the correct temperature.

Third man charged in Cattlemen's shooting

Diante Keon Douglas, 20, also known as Diante Windham, was arrested Oct. 19 after a co-defendant accused of shooting sheriff's Maj. John Waldenville testified that Douglas tipped him off when Waldenville was leaving the restaurant with a bank lay.

Waldenville, a security guard at Cattlemen's, was robbed of $6,000 and try in the face shortly after midnight May 12.

Douglas, a Cattlemen's hand at the time, was interviewed the night of the shooting and denied any understanding of the incident, police reported.

Christopher Travis Baker , 28, and Keonta Stephen Terrell Prince, 18, also are charged with shooting with object to kill and robbery with a firearm in the case.

Prince testified during Baker's prelude hearing that Douglas alerted him with a “head nod” when Waldenville was leaving the restaurant.

Prince also testified that Baker run the show Waldenville as he left to make a bank deposit.

Prince, a former Cattlemen's dishwasher who testified as part of an contract with prosecutors, said he and Baker intended to rob Waldenville and that Baker surprised the ambassador before the lawman could draw his gun.
