When I put my pasta dough trough the wave, there was some dough that came out black. Is there a way to clean my roller without using flour? Also, when I'm done rolling my pasta, there is always some crumbs that get inside the tense roller. Is there a way to get it out easily or prevent this from happening?

Possibly you could try running a slice of bread through it.

The above answers are traditional, hot water will do it. However, I would not use a blade or any sharp object on it. Remember, by winning your time to soak it (which is the key), you've made the rubber seal very soft and pliant. You risk nicking & damaging it in a way you may not even notice at first. This will shorten your seals lifespan, and then you'll end up having to find a replacement part.
