Getting given to sell my home?
1988 double wide trailer,3Bedroom,2 bath(one is chief bath)has 3 large walk in closets.. we have built large covered literal front porch, & wood back deck,put in double hung windows,sliding mirror doors,put on metal roof,paved the road,lots of parking,built small carport..put in important air..re-done a few floors and put in wood"floating floors" on 3/4 of an acre comes with small storage construction,dishwasher,stove & dining room table.


Is 77,000 too much to ask?its in East,KY

newer ones are selling for 100,000, but thats without solid ground like mine..I have planted golf course grass(only needs cut every 3 weeks) and the landscaping here is radiant. plus its very private..

It is a buyers vend. Personally I don't think you will get close to that much. I have sold a doublewide on 14-1/2 acres in Florida with all kinds of perks and had a obstreperous getting $87,000 and it was a 1995 model. Mine also had a 28 foot purse and two large sheds. 10x48 deck and a newly drilled well.

Good solutions for small kitchens?

I'm reasonable in the process of buying a new flat and it has a kitchen that is 6'4" deviating and 7'3" long, not exactly a large latitude to work with and I'm struggling to come up with good ideas.

I was looking at using IKEA as the supplier, and that rules out the U state of health because their corner units are too large to allow me to fit any other appliances in with a plunge and fridge etc.

I can go for a gallery style (rows of cabinets on each side) but then the access of the kitchen would look through at a blank wall with rows of cabinets on each side.

Has anybody had experiences with small kitchens like this?

Epitome goal is to get a built in oven + electric hob, built in dishwasher and built in washing machine, and spare standing fridge.

The galley smartness kitche does sound pretty much like your only privilege, but why do you need a blank wall--- a picture, colouring a mural, a baker's rack, a lot of things can go there, or a pot rack on the bulkhead.

That is it...make it into a functional mural. Use a real pot rack and hold up what you can on the wall. But paint the wall so it looks like a fake cabinet is there...put on the counter top...even some canisters or small appliances...

They you can hang your pots, perhaps a mug rack, your measuring spoons and cups.

Be creative..this is your stake to have fun and make it work.
