How to eliminate water spots with commercial dishwasher?
At exertion we have a Hobart lxi dishwasher we don't use because it produces water spots and there is no way to install a sprinkle softener in the restaurant. Is there anything else we can do?
1. Are you using the cartridge that reduces lime and other impurities?
With a Hobart, that is fundamental.
2. Is the filter clean?
Even more essential.
3. Are the blower and heat barter unit properly timed?
