13, Back to laundry, I always wash a full saddle with together, I am in a hard water area, only use soft water amount of washing capacity, but that is because I use limescale protection in the washing machine.

Could be one of two things. The empty is shot or the timer needs replacing. I had a KitchenAid DW did the same sentiment and it was the pump. Hope that helps.
