How to eliminate water spots with commercial dishwasher?

At profession we have a Hobart lxi dishwasher we don't use because it produces water spots and there is no way to install a water softener in the restaurant. Is there anything else we can do?

1. Are you using the cartridge that reduces lime and other impurities?
With a Hobart, that is chief.
2. Is the filter clean?
Even more essential.
3. Are the blower and heat the Big Board unit properly timed?
Very important if both the other answers are yes.
4. Is your item under-powered?
A big mistake, often made, when installed.

Write to me, if these questions cannot be answered. I'll be tickled to help. There are other issues I did not address, that may prove to be correct. I listed the above, completely because, they are most common issues.
