Replacing major kitchen appliances - need opinions?

We are replacing the following:
42in built-in refridgerator
27in doubled wall oven
36in cooktop
built-in dishwasher
built-in microwave
We want all stainless knife and like the idea of going with one brand for conforming look. Looking for recommendations on label.....
We feel wolf, viking, thermador are overkill for us so looking at kitchenaid which we are told is the lavish end of the low end.

For appliances in the times gone by we have been very happy with our kennmore and kitchenaid stainless steel appliances, not too valuable but will last you a long time, also you may want to check in the consumer reports and ask the stock staff for their opinion.
