Maytag portable dishwasher not cleaning dishes! Help?

My maytag portable dishwasher scale model number dwc7602aab is not cleaning the dishes, they come out almost as spotted as they went in. I have ran an empty cycle of vinegar and lemon juice which cleaned it well but it didn't aide with the cleaning. I have opened the machine mid process and there is hot water in the ring. I called maytag and they were no help. Any advice? I read that water sway may be low but it doesn't seem that way. Any suggestions?
at the bottom is a riddle, it is probably clogged and not letting the food drain out so it shoots it around within,, take a 1/4 sockect or wrench, remove the cover and clean out the impellar district just underneath,, this should work

We got a Maytag Portable Dishwasher from a bunk-mate of my husbands, and it washes awesome, works great, but when it drains after its utterly finished, it doesn't do it completely. There's always about a half gallon of be unbelievable left in the bottom of the machine.
What could be causing that?
the puff out is not pumping it out all the way. How old is the unit. If it is over 5 years then it could be wearing out. go to www.searspartsdirect.com and look up the gutter pump. you can order it from sears or you can call around to your local appliance parts stores and get it there. If you don't intuit you can replace it then call to an appliance repair shop.
