Healthy round starts with still water fill, but motor won't run and gather a humming racket. I opened up entity lining and found chopper section disregarded. Took this out and ordered new part. I reassembled everything without the chopper. Not unswerving this will fix the ungovernable - may be motor section itself. Is there any way to try out portion without chopper part installed?
